Point Reyes Bay Blue - 6oz wedge
Bay Blue is a rustic–style bleu cheese with a natural rind. It is inspired by Stilton cheese. It’s been aged for 90 days. It has won multiple awards since 2013.
Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company started in 1959, but the cheesemaking operation was founded by sisters Karen, Diana, Lynn and Jill Giacomi in 2000.
