Mont d'Or is also called Vacherin du Haut-Doubs. It is a lightly pressed washed rind cheese made with unpasteurized cow's milk. It is usually produced only between mid August and mid March and sold between September to May.
Serving Suggestions:
Mont d'Or can be eaten raw using a small spoon at the end of the meal. You may also bake it, which is called "Mont d'Or chaud"
1. Preheat the oven to 400F or 210C
2. Wrap the Mont d'Or cheese box with aluminum foil, making sure it is enough to enclose it so the foil but leave the top exposed.
3. Make a small hole in the center of the cheese and pour 1/4 cup of dry white wine. Sprinkle with pepper.
4. Bake in the Oven for around 30 mins
5. Serve immediately by placing the box directly on the table accompanied by boiled potatoes.

Baked Feta Pasta
Serves 4-6
INGREDIENTS:
1pc. Malagos Farmhouse Feta Tricolore
500g cherry tomatoes 500g pasta
PROCEDURE:
1. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and season one pack of cherry tomatoes and a few cloves of garlic with salt, pepper.
2. Add a pack of @malagosfarmhouse feta in the middle of your baking dish. You may include fresh herbs if you have any available such as rosemary or thyme.
3. Bake in the oven for 15-20mins at 220°C.
4. Mix all together with the pasta.
5. If you find it too dry, you may add more olive oil.
6. Sprinkle with red chili flakes and basil to finish.
7. ENJOY!!!
