Queso Manchego Artesano El Consuelo
The Manchego is one of the most famous of the traditional Spanish cheeses. It is produced in provinces of Toledo, Cuidad Real, Cuenca, and Albacete in the La Mancha region of Spain. La Mancha was given its name by the Arabs, “la mansha”, meaning “land without water”
This particular Manchego Semi-Curado is by Olmeda Origins. Olmeda Origins is based in Olmeda de las Fuentes with the vision of searching and selecting the best products from rural Spain advocating for sustainability of rural towns, economic and social development.
