Kaltbach is the name of a cave located near Lucerne in the Alpine Valley of Switzerland. The cave is a 22-million year old natural sandstone cave. It is aged for 4-6 months.

Flavor: buttercream, toasted nuts, sweet vegetal herb.
Milk Origin: pasteurized cow’s milk
Pair with blackberries, pineapple, pomegranate seeds and honey. You may shave this on to a salad, grate on pasta or simply on its own with a glass of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc or Riesling.
