Karla, proprietor of La Petite Fromagerie and beverage catering, Swizzle Mobile Bar is a graduate of DLSU Business Management Major in Entrepreneurship, Professional Events Management in DLS- CSB and Professional Culinary. She is also the Chief Operations Officer of The Plaza Catering and a columnist for the Food and Lifestyle section of The Philippine Star.
Gail is a WSET Level 3 Awardee for Wines and Spirits. She currently owns a drink website, www.2shotsandapint.com, which aims to make drinks accessible to everybody. She also contributes to online publications and is an adjunct beverage instructor in Enderun Colleges.
